The location made my heart sing. Everything felt close. i loved the l'occitane toiletries. The scent reminded me of summers long ago. i found the mini fridge a very helpful touch, and the staff always greeted me with a smile. It was lovely. it's reassuring as a solo female traveler, i felt safe all the time.
the air conditioning did not go quite low enough. it was not a big problem. though

i really loved the location. it was close to shopping areas and great food places. the staff was amazing. shelly and joe were always smiling and cute, quite refreshing. they stored our bags when we had to leave the city for a couple of days!
The hot chocolate in reception was a bit too hot. My daughter spilled some and it caused a minor burn.

The hotel's location is superb. it is conveniently situated in the heart of midtown. grand central and other attractions are easily accessible within walking distance. I found it very convenient.

the staff consistently provides great service. they offer hot tea or coffee and infused water daily. i found this to be a very nice touch. additionally, a chocolate fountain with marshmallows was available

The room I booked was smaller than expected. The closet space was insufficient for my belongings, with only a few hangers available.
