perfect location loccitane toiletries helpful fridge friendly staff
The location made my heart sing. Everything felt close. i loved the l'occitane toiletries. The scent reminded me of summers long ago. i found the mini fridge a very helpful touch, and the staff always greeted me with a smile. It was lovely. it's reassuring as a solo female traveler, i felt safe all the time.
the air conditioning did not go quite low enough. it was not a big problem. though

The hotel is conveniently near many places. Walking to different areas felt effortless. subway access nearby made longer trips easy. Everything felt connected! it's a perfect hub for exploring.

I appreciated the coffee machine. Each morning began perfectly! iced water was a welcome sight each day in the lobby. it offered simple comforts , made a real difference, and i really appreciated them

The room was quiet. i was up on a high floor. That gave me a view of the cityscape. good sound insulation meant restful nights, and that was so precious.

charmed by the sunshine in the city
central location cute staff helpful service
i really loved the location. it was close to shopping areas and great food places. the staff was amazing. shelly and joe were always smiling and cute, quite refreshing. they stored our bags when we had to leave the city for a couple of days!
The hot chocolate in reception was a bit too hot. My daughter spilled some and it caused a minor burn.

The hotel's location is superb. it is conveniently situated in the heart of midtown. grand central and other attractions are easily accessible within walking distance. I found it very convenient.

the staff consistently provides great service. they offer hot tea or coffee and infused water daily. i found this to be a very nice touch. additionally, a chocolate fountain with marshmallows was available

convenient location clean room small room insufficient space
The location was quite convenient. It allowed easy access to many places of interest (I really enjoyed my walks!). The room was clean upon arrival.
The room I booked was smaller than expected. The closet space was insufficient for my belongings, with only a few hangers available.
